Surrender consists of two opposing and complementary aspects: letting go and letting in. Letting go implies releasing and turning away from old ways of thinking and behavior, old hopes and old intentions. It means changing your mind and dropping your weapons. Letting in means receiving a new commander and following new ways. It means becoming united and integrated within yourself.
